From Chicago to Yellowstone South Dakota or North Dakota?

The difference in time is about 20 minutes according to google driving directions. Which way is a prettier route? Is there toll roads in North or South Dakota ?|||How about going out through South Dakota and across Wyo. to Buffalo then west to the East entrance of Yellowstone then out the North Entrance through Cooke City and north into Mont. then east through North Dakota and back home. That way you don't see the same thing twice.|||Here is a good link to check out if there are toll roads as well as places to stay along the way.

You could try one route going out and another route coming back. I will tell you in advance once you get onto the open road you will wonder where all the people are. But in both states you will find different things to look at.

Places that we liked were Fort Abraham Lincoln in Bismarck ND as this was the place that Gen Custer started out from on his fateful journey and the battle of little big horn. Lewis and Clarck also traveled through north dakota,

South Dakota of course has Mount Rushmore and wall drug.

Well i dont know if any of this helps but you could try just doing a search on both north dakota and south dakota tourism, if you want to try to check it out.......Have fun and have a good trip|||Go to this site for rules and regulations when on taking a flight:

Baggage Items Prohibited or Restricted

in Airports and Airplanes

For some passengers, going to the airport can be stressful, especially worrying about whether everything in their bags are allowed in the airport or on the airplane, and this extra stress may even contribute to their fear of flying. However, if you take some time to get familiar with common security rules, the basic baggage rules followed by many airlines, and especially how to be smart about what to put in your carry-on baggage, going through airport security will be a lot easier.
