When do you think Driving Directions and Street View in Google Earth/Map will be available in the Philippines?

Real time bystanders are always available for directions. You won't get lost. LOL.

Maps? Not so soon. Not so many use GPS in the Philippines.|||Considering most people cannot afford a vehicle with those features and pay for the service my guess is never.

When was the last time you saw a street sign here ? In Iloilo there are none outside the gated/guarded subdivisions. I had to learn my way around using landmarks and asking people if they knew the name of the road. Surprisingly half had no idea but they could tell you by landmarks how to get around :).|||Not anytime soon, hun.

My phone has GPS...and I can never use it.

When me and my mom go somewhere, and we have no idea where it is, we just ask people..mainly because a) there are no street signs SOMETIMES...b) the street signs are really old..and can't be read c) they're covered with ads and shizz.

But, if you're like..in Metro Manila..i don't think that's much of a problem.

And..if we do get Street View here in the Philippines, what would we see? Like, all the.."squatters" and..the like. Not really pretty. No offense. :]|||NOT IN OUR LIFETIME,BUT WE CAN ALWAYS USE OUR SENSE OF SMELL.|||When hell freezes over|||sorry... no time soon!
